It was an incredibly friendly hotel, no reason to complain, couldn't recommend more. Everything was great during 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed its good location close to a resturant, historical centre and Istanbul. Really kind staff, answered all questions.

The staff is exceptional and incredible. the hotel is in a favorable location, just next door to a taxi stand, several shops, and Sabiha Golden Airport. It's also convenient to order lunch from Thunder Falls Terrace, which is nearby.

I spent 2 nights at Emin Residence and had a wonderful experience. the hotel was spotless and offered great value for my stay. Its location is particularly convenient, right next to the heart of Istanbul. the staff were consistently professional and friendly throughout my visit. Overall, it was a peaceful getaway!

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The wallpaper in the lobby reminded me of my grandmother's house, and the vintage furniture added a touch of nostalgia. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. The hotel's accessibility was top-notch, with ramps and handrails available throughout the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated a bit more help with carrying my luggage or guiding me to my room.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher made meal preparation a breeze, allowing us to cook our favorite vegetarian dishes. We loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, perfect for winding down and enjoying some entertainment in the evenings. The private bathroom with a shower and complementary slippers added a touch of luxury and convenience to our stay. The balcony in our apartment was a lovely spot to relax and soak in the city views. The parquet floors in the units gave a warm and cozy feel to the space.

Personally, we found the stovetop in the quadruple room a bit small for our cooking needs. However, we understand that others might not have the same preference.
